The rose has a relaxing effect to smell and touch, both for the quality of its perfume and for that of its active ingredients, including tannins, flavonoids, Omega 3 and many vitamins, such as A, B, C and K. Treatment with these active ingredients, in the plant’s natural formulation, has an excellent relaxing and anti-stress effect on the skin.

“It was a magical garden for me, Grandma Antonia’s, where the intensely coloured and sweet-smelling antique damask roses bloomed. As soon as I had my own garden, I started cultivating these roses with their enveloping scent, which give off an essence that relieves tiredness.
Our roses are harvested only once a year, at the end of May. During the fifteen days of flowering, the newborn buds open up to life: an existence as brief as it is rich in intensity, a unique spectacle of fragrance and colour. The flowers are gathered in wicker baskets and then plucked by hand: their scent spreads through the air, giving the room a feeling of freshness and vitality that instils joy and well-being.”
